Hygea Wellness Salt Room & Massage now has numerous massage rooms and can accommodate a party of up to four in the same room or separately. A recently opened second salt room with heated massage chairs offers concentrated 20-minute sessions, where talking and reading are allowed, and Wi-Fi is accessible. 

A Himalayan crystal salt infrared sauna aids in detoxifying and rebalancing the body and is great for weight loss, anti-aging, circulation, pain relief and much more. A full menu of massage services and monthly wellness membership packs are available, ranging from salt room sessions only or combined with sauna or massage services. 

Popular kids’ sessions at Hygea have been extended to include Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m., Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 p.m. and Sundays at 5:30 p.m. Kids’ prices are: 12 and under $7; babies 2 and under free; adult/child combo $25 and $5 per additional child. Calling ahead to schedule kids’ appointments is recommended.
