The fourth annual Spirit Of Oneness Holistic Expo will be held October 4 and 5 in Harrisburg, filled with holistic vendors and workshops that promote wellness and better living, along with exciting products, live music and healthy food. Attendees can enjoy local artisan crafts, local holistic practitioners and metaphysical readers, free experiential opportunities to do yoga, a drumming circle, journey dance, qigong, healthy food and more.

“This year is bigger than ever!” says Sharon Muzio, founder of the Expo and owner of Alta View Wellness Center, in Harrisburg. “Our theme for 2014 is ‘Living Your Optimal Life.’ We will be offering many opportunities to experience modalities that can be used to improve overall health and well-being.”

Ciocca Honda will be offering test drives of fuel-efficient vehicles. Pennsylvania Blood Bank will be collecting blood for local residents in need. SNAP will hold a silent auction fundraiser to help fund spaying and neutering local animals. Central Pennsylvania Service Dogs will be there to help raise awareness of their services.
