Ab-Solute Fitness & Nutrition, in Carlisle, will host its second annual Damage Control Mixer from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m., January 4, 2015, to kick off the new year by introducing opportunities for guests to get healthy and fit, gain more energy, lose weight, tour the facility and meet other local health and wellness companies. There will be door prizes and special discounts.

“This mixer is for anyone that wants to lose those holiday pounds and get fit in 2015—refocus and refresh in the new year,” says Jami Shields, owner of Ab-Solute Fitness & Nutrition. “We’ll be sharing great ways to help people take care of their body and mind.”
