Anthony Stultz, Ed.D., director of The Blue Mountain Lotus Society (BMLS), in Harrisburg, and recipient of the 2013 Global Torch of Enlightenment Award, is holding a Oneness Retreat from 1 to 5 p.m., March 21, for those interested in mindfulness, meditation or becoming a Buddhist. Stultz is a respected innovator and pioneer in the training of ministers for Mindfulness Ministries.

“Learn the precepts of Buddhism and how to break through the delusion of a separate, limiting, suffering, self-consciousness and emerge into a more connected, expansive, inclusive, creative, universal consciousness called oneness,” says Stultz. “Living out of this awakening, the personal and collective experience of life becomes healthier and opens us to a deeper understanding, so that all may have the freedom to fulfill their creative potential and purpose: to live more fully, love more freely and give of themselves completely.”

BMLS teaches Buddhist meditation and mindfulness counseling for those dealing with stress, worry, sadness, relationship difficulties or anything that binds one up in life.

Cost: $100 includes classes, books and meditation bead kit. Location: House of Meditation, 6496 Jonestown Rd., Harrisburg. For more information and to register (required) call 717-671- 5057, email [email protected] or visit bmls.org.
