OLP Events and Good Samaritan Hospital present Women’s Expo Lebanon County from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., October 3, featuring health and fitness demonstrations, a fashion show and exhibitors offering products and spa services for women of all ages. Participants may enjoy free mini-massages and do some holiday shopping. Former White House Chef John Moeller will be cooking up some tantalizing recipes and sharing his stories of the stars. A tae kwon do demonstration reveals a new, life-saving exercise regimen.

The Women’s Expo Cumberland County will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., November 7. In addition to the regular festivities, Giant will present a healthy-eating recipe demonstration; Carlisle Bakery will demonstrate cake decorating; and Christopher & Banks will be taking the stage at noon for the fashion show.

Good Samaritan Hospital will offer two wellness seminars, helping women learn how they and those around them can lead healthier lives. Their da Vinci Robot will be on hand for a “hands-on” demonstration of its finely articulated digits and Q&A.
