Heel Your Sole owner Carol Howe began a journey from sole to soul seeking deeper truths three years ago on a special trip to Ireland. She now has finished an intense, year-long shamanic apprenticeship with her teacher, Robin Rice, and has added soul mentoring to the current menu of healing modalities in Mechanicsburg. She is accepting appointments beginning this month.

Howe states, “Feel your momentary path in life. Is it bringing you joy, peace and gratitude? Do you feel that there is something more? Soul mentoring is for those who are seeking deep truths within a sacred conversation. They want to go below the surface to gain soul growth. It is embracing a life that works on all levels. Heel Your Sole was created 10 years ago out of a need to be of genuine service to others, providing holistic massage, reflexology, Reiki and Healing Touch.
