Sonnewald Natural Foods, in partnership with Garden of Life, is holding a Raw Fit Challenge to help encourage people to stick to their New Year’s goals of being healthy. The person that loses the largest percentage of weight over the course of 60 days wins and will receive a three-month York JCC gym membership and a $300 Sonnewald gift certificate. All participants receive a two-week gym trial and a $10 Sonnewald gift certificate.

Participants must weigh in between January 5 and 9. They must also purchase one canister of Raw Fit during this time and save their receipt for proof of purchase. Then they must return to Sonnewald sometime between March 8 and 12 to be re-weighed.

There will be industry experts and fitness professionals in the store in January to answer questions and provide tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
