The Crown of Eternity (Gallina and Mike Tamburo) Sound Journey Through Gongs and Bowls will take place from 2 to 4 p.m., January 31, at Bee Present Wellness, in New Cumberland. Participants will enter a cosmic journey to experience a sound massage through the ethereal resonance of multiple gongs, bells and therapy-grade singing bowls.

Listeners enter into a spontaneous meditative state and often describe seeing beautiful colors, deep relaxation and expanded states of consciousness. Gong and sound therapy is said to help repair the nervous system, stimulate circulation and the glandular system to a higher level of functioning and reduce stress and other conditions related to lack of balance and harmony in the body. Participants are advised to bring a yoga mat, blanket or cushion for comfort.
