Moon Circles are coming to Free Spirit Yoga. Starting from 6 to 8 p.m., October 16, the full moon. Participants will leverage the awesome energy of the full moon in a circle with like-minded women. Goddess Mentor Elaine Torrance-Gingrich will guide the group on a journey of celebration, release and connection with goddess energies and explore the divine feminine in the safe, sacred space of circle and sisterhood.

Circles are all about women coming together to create connection and sisterhood. The benefits of circles are numerous, including a safe, sacred space for sharing; connection; a place to be seen and witnessed; validation; exploration; celebration; and more.

Attendees should bring a pillow or meditation cushion to sit upon, something meaningful to place on the altar, a notebook or journal to record thoughts and an open heart to share in the laughter and possibilities.
