Rachel Benbow has changed the name of her practice to The Roots of Health Therapist: Rachel Benbow, LMT, BA, MLIS, and moved to a new location at 3540 North Progress Avenue, Suite 106, in Harrisburg. She explains that the needs of her CranioSacral Therapy, massage therapy and reiki practice have grown.

“This location is easier to access, and is a larger, more disability-friendly space to better accommodate my clients,” she says. The new office is conveniently located across from Brandywine Plaza at the intersection of Progress Avenue and Paxton Church Road, near the Progress Avenue exit off I-81, one exit from the interchange.
