Michele Reber, owner of Healthy You Café, says, “We are focusing on catering, cooking classes and dinners to go in 2018. We are also available and open to the public at SpaTacular Escapes and our Enola location.”

Healthy You Cafe provides healthy soups, salads, flatbreads, quiche, breakfast sandwiches and much more. They are open to the public and also do corporate and private catering. They offer a smaller menu at SpaTacular Escapes that changes weekly. They are also a CSA drop-off site for Spiral Path Farms and Betsy's flowers. “We are mostly organic, and always try to go local,” says Reber.
