Learn to Write Better at Studio Solomon

Leigh Wisotzkey

Starting this month, owner Leigh Wisotzkey will bring her own skills to the table through writing workshops, from 3:30 to 5:30 p.m., March 4 and 18. After two years in Lemoyne offering martial arts, self-defense, West African dance and drumming and physical fitness-oriented classes, Studio Solomon continues to grow and evolve with offerings that target non-physical aspects of wellness. On March 4, Remember Writing? focuses on creative writing. On March 18, Flex Your Writing Muscle, is geared to non-fiction, professional/business writing and publishing opportunities.

“After more than 30 years of writing creatively and professionally, it’s time to share the benefits of writing with others,” says Wisotzkey. “Writing has been such a great part of my life, I just can’t wait to bring that aspect of wellness to the studio!”

She explains, “The goal is to help people be better in a variety of ways. One of those ways is simply providing a forum for people to come together, connect with other people, share information or just enjoy a positive environment. The studio is very much a little community in itself.”

Admission is free. Location: 310 S. 10th St. (2nd floor), Lemoyne, PA. For more information, call 717-329-2955 or visit StudioSolomon.com.
