Just Plain Yoga Moves to New Location

Just Plain Yoga (JPY) has moved to a brand-new, 3,600-square-foot space at 1200 Market Street, in Lemoyne, between the Goodwill Store and Mail Room Etc. According to founder and owner Tina Stroh, the ground-floor facility is ADA accessible and has fresh, clean studios, changing rooms, bathrooms and plenty of parking.

“It is a breath of fresh air to move into our new, amazing and beautiful space. My staff and I are excited to begin the next chapter for JPY and to join a robust, largely local, small business destination at the West Shore Plaza. Our move will help expand our community and meet the growing needs of yogis in the capital region,” says Stroh.

“Yoga, to me, is about bringing people together and making a connection to something bigger than ourselves. Our philosophy is, ‘Come as you are,’ and we offer classes for people at all levels who are looking to de-stress and become healthier and stronger,” she says.

Stroh opened the studio in 2003 in Lemoyne and reopened in 2007 in Camp Hill. As one of the longest-operating studios in the area, Stroh and her team are recognized for their array of yoga styles, educational workshops and other fitness classes, including Vinyasa Yoga, Hatha Yoga, Yoga For Beginners, Yin Yoga, Kripalu Yoga, Yoga Nidra, 200-RYS Teacher Training, Pilates-based classes, Kundalini Yoga, private yoga classes and Tai Chi.

Classes for varying levels are regularly offered for adults and teens. Kids Camp and yoga classes for children are also available. “In addition to the existing class schedule and yoga styles, our team plans to offer massages, lunchtime yoga classes, wellness services, educational seminars and professional trainings,” explains Stroh.
