Natural Living Expo Expands at New Location

Pennsylvania’s premiere natural living event, the third annual Natural Living & Holistic Exposition of Pennsylvania, will be held from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., October 20, and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., October 21, at the Spooky Nook Entertainment Complex, located at 75 Champ Boulevard, in Lancaster.
The expo intends to educate, inspire and provide the community with natural options for individuals, families and pets to live a full and healthy life with the bounty that nature provides, bringing together more than 75 healthy product manufacturers, local artisans and holistic service practitioners in one location. Attendees can discover new food items, attend an informative lecture or learn about wellness for mind, body and spirit.
Exhibitor products and services include locally made, preservative-free snacks, natural personal care products, kombucha, cannabidiol products, home food delivery services, reflexology, chiropractic care, Nutrition Response Testing, sustainable and renewable energy options and many more.
The Natural Product Experience is where attendees can receive complimentary food or personal care product samples donated by local and national companies. Some may offer complementary items such as recipe books or coupons.
Presentations include product demonstrations, lectures and workshops. Product demonstrations will be held to introduce and get to know some of the show’s exhibitors. Free, 90-minute workshops will be offered with Youngevity’s Dr. Joel Wallach, Applied Kinesiologist Karen D’Antonio, and Maya van Rossum, author of The Green Amendment, Securing Our Right to a Healthy Environment.
Three paid 90-minute workshops include Make and Take with Basic Earth Essentials, providing participants with an opportunity to make two personalized products; Spark Joy, with organizational specialist Yuriko Beaman, highlighting Marie Kondo’s Japanese art of decluttering and the KonMari tidying method; and The Healer’s Workshop, with medical medium and energy healer Michelle Buss, featuring a short introduction and hands-on experiences in energy healing.
