28th Annual Sustainable Agriculture Conference

Pennsylvania Association for Sustainable Agriculture (PASA) is hosting its nationally renowned 28th annual Sustainable Agriculture Conference from February 6 through 9 at the Lancaster County Convention Center. The conference features valuable sessions, networking and social events, a mini-conference for kids, an expansive trade show that includes approximately 100 vendors and keynote presentations.

Michael P. Hoffmann, executive director of Cornell Institute for Climate Smart Solutions, presents Climate Change & Our Global Food System: A Call to Action! Leah Lizarondo, chief executive officer and co-founder of 412 Food Rescue, gives a keynote address, Waste Not: The Moral Disconnect Between Food Waste & Hunger. Michael Rozyne, founder of Red Tomato, presents An Unlikely Collaboration: Who Can We Trust?

“Each February, thousands of farmers, homesteaders, educators and other food system professionals gather for four days of intensive learning on more than 160 food and farming topics,” explains Melissa Cipollone, PASA communications strategist. “No matter your experience level or agricultural interests, you’ll be able to pack your schedule with valuable sessions that help hone your craft and advance your cause.”
