Learn About Healthy Aging

Dr. Dave Nikovits, owner of Fusion Wellness Center, a multifaceted functional medicine practice recently opened in Camp Hill, is offering a presentation, The Basics of Living Younger, from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., September 4, at the Cornerstone Coffeehouse.

He will discuss what it means to age and what we can do to reverse pathological aging and live better. The discussion will include ways to minimize risk to help avoid heart attack, stroke, cancer, Alzheimer's disease, diabetes, disability and premature death.
