Get To Know Your Subconscious

I'm Damian Miller, CCH, a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist and owner of A New Hope Hypnosis and glad to be partnering with Thrive Wellness Center to bring you this exciting, revealing and experiential class.

The subconscious mind is the part of us that makes our dreams. Its the part of us we rely on to hold it all together. It's your silent partner that has been listening to you and your self talk throughout your life.

It can be your best friend, and when it has conflicting information or it has bad models of behavior as its guide it can be really hard to deal with. Behavioral change can happen easiest when the subconscious mind is on board and has clear instructions.

It learns from our thinking and our environment. It collects the information from all of your senses and puts it all together into your memories. It holds those memories and all of the information in them in case it needs to reference it in the future. It's deep and vast. It's fast. It's powerful.

It reacts at the speed of life. Knee jerk reactions. It wants and needs to know what to do. It remembers what you tell yourself. It's hold beliefs to be true and proves them to you.

Hypnotherapy is using the art of suggestion to give clear and positive instructions to the subconscious mind. These suggestions are directed in a focused way to assist you in achieving your goal of having the proper state of mind to get the results you're looking to achieve.

I look forward to seeing you on Friday, June 19th from 6:30 - 9:30 p.m. to learn and experience what it's like to communicate directly with your subconscious.
