Hope Hill
Lavender Farm, in Southern Schuylkill County, has fields planted with more than
20 different cultivars of lavender. The farm store carries soaps, lotions,
candles and culinary products, as well as items made by local artists.
Farm tours are
available at 11 a.m. on Saturdays in July and August to learn about the farm
and its start, growing and harvesting lavender and what to do with lavender.
Hope Hill is a certified pollinator garden, and there is usually something
blooming. Sunflower season in August is a fun time for bees and guests.
