This month, Giddings Acupuncture Practice, LLC, is moving to 4814 Jonestown Road, Suite 101, the lower level of Alta View Wellness, in Harrisburg. Owner Rhonda Giddings says, “With our new home comes some new services, as well!” Guided imagery uses words, music, and/or position to evoke positive imaginary scenarios with a client highly responsive to suggestion or direction, with a view to bringing about some beneficial effect. Its use in therapy, typically to recover suppressed memories or to allow modification of behavior by guided suggestion. This is available online or in person (45 minutes).

 

Herbal and dietary supplement treatment uses traditional herbal medicines, foods and homeopathic tinctures and supplements to assist the patient in prevention, maintenance and recovery of disharmony patterns that can cause imbalance in body, mind and energy (60 minutes). Herbs and supplements at additional cost.

 

The Zen & Now apothecary will individualize traditional herbal medicinals to be shipped directly to the customer’s door. Also available are CBD lines Radical Roots, Lu Za tinctures and Charlotte's Web and Freed gummy products. New tandem myo-train treatments will now be available by request, which comprise two therapists working together to help achieve optimal outcomes.
