Fred Swartley has opened Abundant Life Natural Health at 268 Walnut Bottom Road, in Carlisle, to help people struggling with chronic illnesses, frustrated with conventional medicine and seeking alternative approaches to resolve their health problems. He says, “I work with clients to uncover the root causes of health problems using functional tools such as detailed assessment, tracking and journaling, and focus on establishing sleep, proper elimination and blood sugar balance.”
