Apr 01, 2021 02:13PM ● By Dave Korba
The nonprofit Pennsylvania Parks and Forests Foundation (PPFF) is conducting a song contest to celebrate 50th anniversary of the Environmental Rights Amendment to the Pennsylvania Constitution. The contest is open to Pennsylvania artists of all ages and music genres.

Song submissions must be two to three minutes in length and submitted in a digital format. The song that best expresses what the environment and amendment means to the artist will win a grand prize of $250. The top youth entry (under 18) will win a prize of $100. The winning songwriters will be invited to perform at a PPFF event later this year and songs will be shared through the PPFF digital platforms.

The mission of the (PPFF) is to inspire stewardship of Pennsylvania’s state parks and forests.

Entry is free through Aug. 1. For complete rules and submission details, visit ppff.events/era50-song-contest.
