A Whole Month of Meditation and More at Dillsburg Yoga

Yoga teacher and herbal educator Emily Gilmore will conduct a discussion of herbal support during times of anxiety and stress from 10 a.m. to noon, May 8, online ($40 to $60 sliding scale by May 5).

 

Dillsburg Yoga is also sponsoring a month-long daily online meditation challenge from June 1 through 30 ($30 to $60 sliding scale). This supportive group of people in the community will experience how meditation affects our life and your outlook as they connect and share with others on the path.

 

Participants receive an email every day with a different guided meditation, and they can choose to practice this meditation whenever it works on that day. This month-long journey will serve as an introduction to the many different methods, techniques and styles of meditation.

 

Group members are encouraged to keep a journal and record their experiences with the different methods and practices. There will also be an optional opportunity to meet via Zoom once a week to check in and share experiences.
