Pick Up Microgreens at Bowen Works in Mechanicsburg

CarlisleBowen Works is offering a regular pickup service for microgreens from Humble
Greens Co., a small, local farm based in Dillsburg. Microgreens are
the most nutrient-dense stage of a plant's entire life cycle. Colorful,
flavorful, textured and fun, they provide vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
Customers benefit by supporting a small local farm while boosting their health.
Humble Greens offering weekly, biweekly and monthly subscription plans delivered
to Carlisle Bowen Works’ Mechanicsburg office.
Microgreens
are not limited to salad mix-ins or bases, but can also be mixed into soups,
cooked in or topped on eggs, top burgers, pizza, avocado toast and hot dogs, be
dipped in hummus, blended into smoothies and more.
