Angel Pricer and Keane Aldrich, of Full Color Living, will present two events at ReWeaving Balance this month: For Father's Day, “Say What's On Your Heart” card making, from 1 to 5 p.m., June 10, and a heART Party—Communicating with Care, from 1 to 3 p.m., June 24. Both events allow for inner processing, heart-coherence and the powerful use of creativity.

 

Card making involves honoring our fathers. Pricer says, “First, we encode the card with a message you might not have the means to communicate directly, and then we create a simple mandala over this message with loving intentions.”

 

At the heART Party, Aldrich says, “We will be exploring the ins and outs of coherent communication and ways to empower and enhance how we can show up. We share some HeartMath Institute research, a simple practice for communicating with care and a creativity practice to clear the way. You take home an ARTifact, some knowledge and easy practices you can use in every day life.”
