Reiki master/teacher, sound healing practitioner, certified reflexologist, shamanic practitioner, mystic priestess, yoga teacher and intuitive artist Jennifer Rabenstein, owner of Spiritual HeArts, LLC, holds sacred spaces and inspires creativity. From 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. on the first Sunday of each month in 2024, she will host a nurturing day to relax, create and support local artists at a local business.

 

Activities on January 7 include Mystic Sound Immersion (11 a.m. to noon, $20+), Henna (noon to 6 p.m., $29+), Creative Paint Studio Time (2 to 6 p.m., $33 plus canvas) and an artisan store open for shopping. Participants can play crystal singing bowls, rattles, drums gongs, chimes and more; receive a henna design by Jennifer; be inspired and surrender to the creative flow; and find the perfect heartfelt gift. Participants may attend which activities they prefer.
