At Reiki by Rickie ~ ReikiSpace & Learning Place, owner Rickie Meryl Freedman, reiki master/teacher and Certified ReikiVoice instructor, will offer a full-day ReikiVoice Certification class on August 1. ReikiVoice is a unique class experience using the healing vibrations of the voice to blend with reiki energy for deep healing.

 

To “experience the healing power of your voice,” Freedman says, “We will use our voices for singing, toning, chanting, speaking and humming for our personal well-being and with our clients. No voice experience is necessary; this is not about singing ability. We will access your voices in a comfortable way.”

 

The class includes chanting the reiki symbol kotodamas and the Japanese reiki healing principles; learning the sacred vowel sounds and seed syllables of the elements; reiki humming; and how to use reiki speaking voices to talk about reiki.

 

Participants will learn how to overcome the fear of sounding their voice; begin using the voice as a healing instrument; begin developing and working with vocal intuition; how silence holds important messages for us; and work with the vibrations of the frame drum.
