New Club, New Yoga at Firefly Hollow Wellness

The club offers a supportive environment to explore spiritual and wellness topics, engage in self-growth and enjoy casual, meaningful gatherings. Activities range from game nights and community events to holistic workshops and volunteering opportunities, with no monthly dues required. Donations are accepted for the organizer’s time. The CCEC is facilitated by Tisha Tolar, a vision alignment coach and host of the Slightly Unmeditated podcast, and supported by Lovehart.
Members can attend free and reasonably priced events each month, fostering personal growth and empowerment. Events may be open to nonmembers depending on availability and interest level, with cancellations possible if not enough interest is generated.
The community serves as a platform for creating friendships and engaging in activities that contribute positively to the community through acts of kindness and volunteering. The group’s gatherings include day trips and discussion groups to provide opportunities for members to connect and support each other on their spiritual journeys.
Yoga is Back
On the yoga front, weekly and periodic monthly special beginner’s and other yoga workshops have resumed after a lengthy COVID hiatus. The first class is free, with a sliding scale of $15 to $22 thereafter. Firefly offers trauma-informed yoga for addressing stress, tension, pain and burnout while supporting connection through community.
Lovehart shares, “There is such a need for transformative yoga classes specifically designed to support trauma and burnout recovery, alleviate stress, improve sleep and much more. The classes offered are catered to support holistic healing tailored for those who are spent from the stress of our culture, offering a nurturing and supportive environment where comfort and empowerment are paramount.”
These classes are suitable for every level, even beginners and stress the power of choice, where students can elect to engage in mindfulness techniques, controlled breathwork and gentle movements that are crafted to calm the nervous system and foster resilience, versus pushing and the fast-paced Western approach to yoga.
