New Classes at Your Yoga
Pregnancy - Meditation and restorative yoga allow you time to connect deeply with your baby, and help minimize or alleviate the common discomforts of pregnancy.
Labor and delivery - Pranayama (breathing techniques), dynamic asanas (postures linked to breath), intense sensation exercises, pelvic floor and vocal toning exercises prepare for labor and delivery.
Postnatal - Pelvic floor toning supports postnatal recovery; strengthening poses will prepare the body for carrying and caring for a newborn baby.
Beginner Yoga offers a space for those that have never done yoga to feel safe and confident in beginning their journey. Students will learn how to use props, yoga terminology, foundational poses and breathwork.
