Cristina L. Dunbar, owner of Happie Soul Wellness recently welcomed Taryn Slothour, LMT, to the staff where she will focus on the specialties of Bamboo Fusion and Mineral Reset.

 

Slothour started her career in nursing and transitioned to massage therapy to provide hands-on, preventative care that fosters long-term health. Her goal is to deliver measurable results while supporting clients in achieving a balanced and pain-free lifestyle.

 

As a licensed massage therapist and graduate of the Baltimore School of Massage with a strong foundation in therapeutic techniques aimed at improving physical function and overall well-being, she focuses on identifying muscular imbalances, addressing chronic pain and enhancing mobility through evidence-based bodywork.

 

Slothour specializes in pin and stretch techniques, cupping therapy and sports stretching, which she integrates into customized treatment plans for each client. Her work supports those dealing with repetitive strain injuries, postural issues and musculoskeletal dysfunctions.
