New Vibe at One Love Yoga
After a previous yoga studio closed in the Susquehanna Shoppes in 2023, Christine Berger, RYT-200, opened One Love Yoga as a completely separate entity, retaining the teaching team and expanding into a full range of heated and non-heated classes including Vinyasa, Journey Into Power, Gentle, Yin, and Restorative Yoga, workshops and teacher training.
They have installed infrared heat panels that deliver gentle, therapeutic warmth without the swampy, hard-to-breathe feeling of some heated rooms. A hand-painted mural by a local artist adds to the tranquil vibe.
Berger says, “One Love Yoga offers more than just classes. It’s a welcoming space where people of all ages and abilities can build strength, reduce stress and connect with others. With health-focused workshops, continuing education and a wide range of class styles, we are helping the community thrive in mind, body and spirit.”
She explains, “The stars aligned, and I jumped at the opportunity to keep this beloved space alive. The best part? All 10 teachers stayed. They are the heart of One Love Yoga, each bringing unique talents and building strong relationships with students. Everyone who visits notices the welcoming atmosphere and vibrant community. It’s the kind of place people love to return to. When you walk through the doors, you’re greeted by a calm, boutique feel.”
A new student intro special including 30 days of unlimited yoga to explore all heated and non-heated classes is $45. Location: 2591 Brindle Dr., Harrisburg. Susquehanna Shoppes, between Eddie Bauer and White House/Black Market. For more information, email [email protected] or visit OneLoveYogaHarrisburg.com.
