Faith and Hope Wellness is conducting a five-week program of classes, RESTART Your Health, beginning at 7 p.m., September 13. RESTART is a dynamic, group-based nutrition education and 21-day sugar detox. Participants meet once a week for 90 minutes to learn about lifelong sustainable healthy nutrition and find comradery.

Highlights include a group format, nutrition education (healthy digestion, fats and blood sugar handling), and the support from nutritional therapy practitioner Erin Donley.
