Carlisle Bowen Works is hosting a Utopian Retreat from November 1 through 3, “creating a life you don't need to escape from,” at the Waugh Wilson Retreat Center, in Mechanicsburg. Healing sessions include Bowenwork, massage, medical qigong, Voila Method, reiki, facial reflexology, Emmett Technique, shiatsu, craniosacral massage, Access Bars, hypnotherapy and Body Talk.

The cost is $400, including food and lodging. Location: Silver Springs Rd., Mechanicsburg. To register, call 717-386-8279. For more information, visit
