Free Seminar and Book Signing at Sonnewald
Michael Schwartz
Sonnewald Natural Foods will host a
seminar, Michael's Naturopathic Programs, with Michael Schwartz, NMD, from 6:30
to 7:30 p.m., November 14, which provides naturopathic-based education on diet,
supplements and exercises, both physical and mental, to help control and
eliminate obesity, edema, hypertension, high cholesterol and diabetes.
A complimentary book will be available and
a book signing event with Schwartz, author of The Naturopathic Healing Handbook, from 10 a.m., to noon, November
15.
Schwartz says, “Healing the world one person at a time
allows a person to focus their minds without the distraction of disease. This
enables them to create positive changes on emotional, social, spiritual and
environmental levels.”
The seminar will share specific diet,
nutrients and exercises for each topic, educate attendees about the basic
tenets of naturopathy and support them in creating a healthier relationship
with their own bodies.
Admission
is free. Location: 4796 Lehman Rd., Spring Grove. For more information, call
717-225-3825, email [email protected] or visit Sonnewald.org.
